Glazed Pork Chops

These are easy and good. Something different, and don't shy away because of the Swiss cheese. My kids love them!

4 loin pork chops, boneless
1 T oil
1 C grated Swiss cheese
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T cream (milk works fine)
1/2 t chopped garlic
1 T chopped chives (dried onion or chives also work)
1 egg yolk

Brown the chops in oil until nicely browned and cooked through. Combine remaining ingredients and smear on top of cooked chops. Broil until topping is browned and glazed.
