Crunchy Baked French Chicken- low fat, but tasty!

Pre-heat oven to 375.

1 8oz. bottle Fat Free French Dressing
1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 C. finely chopped onion
1 t chili powder, divided
1 1/2 C. crushed corn flakes
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast


Combine dressing, all green pepper and onion and half the chili powder in a bowl. Remove half of the sauce and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Combine corn flake crumbs and remaining chili powder. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 foil lined pan, and spoon uncooked sauce over the top, covering generously. Pat the corn flakes crumbs onto chicken to form a crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with warmed sauce on the side.
